Bid Perfect has provided us with bid consultation, ad hoc interim work, and training services for ten years. Our first engagement with them was in 2009, when they ran the first bid training course for us.

We recently commissioned them to carry out a detailed firm-wide consultation on our bidding processes which had become inefficient through a period of mergers and significant business growth. The report we received helped us identify several key areas of improvement, not the least of which was the need to equip many bid stakeholders in our business with the skills and knowledge to strategise and write more compelling bids.

As a result, Bid Perfect designed a two-day bid training course for us which has been met with enthusiasm and has received excellent feedback. At the time of writing, this programme is currently underway, with three courses having been delivered and more planned. We anticipate that about 70 of our colleagues will have been trained by Bid Perfect by the end of the programme.

NATS has recently been successful in securing a very important new ten-year contract that also represents a good growth potential on our existing business with the client concerned.

Bid Perfect supported our bid by successfully delivering a programme of training courses that were received very positively by all those who attended. This resulted in them running a workshop that focused specifically on the strategy for defensive bidding, including the significant bid in question. Furthermore, Neal Basson – Bid Perfect Director – augmented our thinking for structuring and writing the executive summary for the bid.
